Halise Tea is committed to providing customers with quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. In case of any issues, we apply the following return and refund policy:

A. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Conditions for returns and exchanges

Customers may request product exchanges if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product delivered does not match the type, model, or quantity ordered.

  • The product is damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing.

  • The customer ordered the wrong product and wants to exchange it for another.

Note:

  • Customers need to provide order information, product photos, and detailed description for Halise Tea to verify and support the return/exchange process.

2. Exchanges due to incorrect orders

Halise Tea supports exchanges for wrong orders within the following timeframe:

  • 0–3 days from receipt: Free exchange; additional charge if price difference applies.

  • 4–7 days: Exchange fee of 20% of the order value; additional charge if price difference applies.

  • After day 7: No exchange support.

B. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Step 1 – Check the product
Please ensure the product is unused or still in original packaging if the issue is due to wrong item delivered. For technical defects (mold, torn packaging, etc.), please report within 3 days from receipt.

Step 2 – Send product information and photos
Send photos/videos describing the product condition via one of the following channels:

Step 3 – Return the product
Customers may:

  • Ship the product back following Halise Tea’s instructions, or

  • Exchange directly at Halise Tea’s booth at Halise Home, Thung Chẽ Bèo, Khả Lương, Nam Hoa Lư, Ninh Bình.

C. REFUND POLICY

Halise Tea applies refunds in the following cases:

  • Product delivered does not match the description and customer ordered correctly.

  • Incorrect consultation caused the product not to meet customer needs.

Refund process:

  • Customer returns the product after confirmation.

  • Provide bank account information to receive refund.

  • Halise Tea will refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product.

General Notes:

  • The request for return/exchange/refund must be made within 3 days of receipt.

  • Returned/exchanged products must be in original, unused condition.

  • Halise Tea reserves the right to refuse processing if the product does not meet the return conditions.
