Halise Tea is committed to providing a safe and convenient shopping experience, from packaging to delivery. Below are our detailed shipping policies.

I. Shipping Methods

Customers may choose:

• Purchase directly at Halise Tea retail locations.

• Order online with home delivery via trusted shipping partners (GHTK, Viettel Post, J&T, etc.).

II. Estimated Delivery Time

Other provinces (Outside Ninh Bình): 3–5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

🚚 Shipping fees will be charged according to the actual rates of the delivery service or as agreed with the customer at the time of ordering.

III. Delivery Coverage

Halise Tea delivers nationwide.

For large quantity orders or wholesale customers, we will coordinate with appropriate logistics partners. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

IV. Packaging & Shipping Documents

• All orders are carefully packaged and securely sealed before delivery.

• Packages are clearly labeled with recipient’s name, phone number, address, and tracking number.\

V. Responsibility for Damages

In all cases where products are damaged during shipping, Halise Tea will work with the delivery service to ensure customer rights are protected.

Customers may refuse to accept damaged goods and request exchange/return according to Halise Tea’s return policy.

We commit to prompt and transparent resolution.

Note: In case of delivery delays, we will inform customers promptly. Customers may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting.
